Refund Policy
Understanding our refund process
1. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Opened or used perfumes (for health and safety reasons)
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will:
- Inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria
- Send you an email notification of receipt and inspection status
- Process your refund within 5-7 business days if approved
- Refund to your original payment method
4. Refund Timeline
After your refund is processed and approved, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.
5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Faisaljoura24@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no charge.
7. Exchanges
